Rosie O'Donnell claimed her daughter Chelsea suffered from mental illness when she reported her missing two weeks ago. This week, Chelsea moved out of O'Donnell's home to live with her biological mother and tells the Daily Mail that "everything is fine" with her.

Biological mother Deanna Micoley backs up her child's statement. She also believes "there's nothing wrong" with Chelsea.

O'Donnell allowed Chelsea to leave their home in Nyack, N.Y. when she turned 18. She moved to the quieter town of Niagara, Wis. because she "didn't want any more attention after everything with Rosie saying that she had a mental illness," Micoley told Daily Mail.

The 38-year-old mother of five added, "She's out with family right now and she's great."

Chelsea was photographed hanging outside her new home chatting on her cellphone and smoking a cigarette on Friday morning.

O'Donnell reported a then 17-year-old Chelsea missing on Aug. 18 after she had gone unseen since Aug. 11. Police in New Jersey found her later that day with the 25-year-old Steven Sheerer who she met through the dating app Tinder.

Sheerer has since been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and distribution of obscenity for sending her nude photos of himself.
