Bobby Brown performed for the first time at a concert nearly a month after the death of his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Brown, 46, performed at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Sunday night as Macy Gray's surprise guest to sing their duet "Real Love," E! reported. The musician's performance was met with a roar of cheer and applause as he thanked the crowd for their support and prayers. "Thank you for all your prayers, everybody," he told the audience, according to TMZ.

Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away at the age of 22 after being in a comatose state for about six months. Brown, Whitney Houston's ex-husband, remained by his daughter's side throughout most of her medical ordeal which began after she was found lying facedown in a bathtub at her residence on Jan. 31, according to US Weekly.

"Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time. My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable," Brown said after his daughter's demise. "We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl."

Bobbi Kristina's longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was present at their home when Brown was found unconscious in the bathtub. Before her death, Bobbi Kristina's conservators filed a lawsuit against Gordon accusing him of domestic abuse and stealing money from Houston's only child.

Earlier this month, another lawsuit was filed against Gordon, claiming that he gave Bobbi Kristina a "toxic cocktail," which eventually led to her unconscious state, as HNGN previously reported.
