In the sneak peek of this week's episode of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," Leah Messer faces accusations from ex-husband Corey Simms and his wife Miranda Simms. The couple finally confronts Messer about her alleged drug abuse in the tense clip.

Last week, Messer admitted she needed help after husband Jeremy Calvert served her with divorce papers, as previously reported by HNGN. This marks the mom of three's second divorce, at just 23 years old, and she decides to take some much-needed time for herself by checking into a facility to receive intense therapy.

In the clip below, she meets with Simms and his wife to discuss the details of her therapeutic retreat. She asks him to help take care of their twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, while she's away receiving treatment. But a calm sit-down quickly turns into the Simms against Messer as they accuse her of abusing prescription drugs.

"Do you think that after you go to this rehab that you're going to be better? You're going to be able to deal with things?" Miranda asks Messer.

"Oh yeah," Messer responds. "I feel like me going there, I'm gonna be able to be a better mom and be the best mom that I can be."

"So you are owning up to that you haven't been able to be the best person for your kids? Are you owning up to that?" Miranda presses.

Corey calls out Messer in a more straightforward way and asks her bluntly if she has a drug problem, even though she passed a five-panel drug test in a previous episode.

"We're saying, is there something that you take to deal with that problem?" Corey asks. "Can you look at me and Miranda in the eyes and tell us there is no drug problem?"

Watch the tense exchange in the clip below. "Teen Mom 2" airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
