Charges have not been filed, but authorities have confirmed that Jared Fogle, former Subway spokesman and accused sex offender, will plead guilty to charges of possession of child pornography on Wednesday. Charges will be filed when the deal is reached, according to Fox 59 Indianapolis. The U.S. Attorney's office is expected to hold a press conference in Indiana on Wednesday. Ron Elberger, Fogle's attorney, has yet to comment.

Fogle was the target of a federal raid in July during which several computers were seized, according to TMZ. Those computers allegedly contained child pornography. A few months prior to Fogle's arrest, the executive director of the Jared Foundation, a foundation that works to raise awareness of childhood obesity, was arrested and more than 400 illicit videos were seized from Russell Taylor's home. As HNGN previously reported, at the time, Fogle stated that he "was shocked to learn of the allegations against Mr. Taylor and effective immediately, the Jared Foundation is severing all ties with Mr. Taylor."

The 37-year-old Fogle's employment with Subway was suspended in July, according to a previous report by HNGN. Upon hearing the news of the guilty plea, Subway immediately Tweeted that they are no longer involved in any way with Fogle.
