"Empire" star Terrence Howard is once again single. The actor split from his third wife Mira Pak last month, the New York Daily News confirmed. Pak filed for the secret divorce back in March, when she was still pregnant with the couple's first child.

She cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce papers filed in Chicago and claimed she and Howard, 46, separated in August 2014. The couple's son Qirin Love was born in May, according to the Daily Mail.

Information about Howard's most recent divorce was revealed Monday during the closing arguments of a separate court proceeding, according to Us weekly. Howard was in court fighting his second ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, whom the Oscar-nominated actor claimed blackmailed him. Howard said Ghent threatened to release embarrassing recordings of him dancing naked and having phone sex with other women if he didn't agree to a large divorce settlement. The case started in 2012.

During Howard's testimony, the judge referred to Pak as his "ex-wife." Pak appeared alongside Howard just last week. A ruling in the case with Howard and his second ex-wife Ghent is due sometime early next week.
