Police were called to the home of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice's New Jersey beach house on Saturday when a neighbor complained of "loud arguing," reported TMZ. Giudice's oldest daughter with wife Teresa, Gia, was locked out of the house and tried entering the home for several minutes. Joe finally let her inside and was heard as he screamed at the girl from the backyard. The argument got so heated that the man who lived next door called the Stafford Police on Giudice.

When the cops arrived at the house they tried to get all parties involved to calm down. Gia, 14, even pleaded with the police not to arrest her dad, reported Gossip Cop. "It was a keep [and] restore the peace call made over loud arguing," Stafford Township patrol officer Christopher Fritz told People. The officer also added that the neighbor reported the argument was between two men. "Once everyone was calmed down, we cleared ... There was no cause for arrest," Fritz said.

"Joe is upset that someone said the cops were called because he was supposedly yelling at Gia - when she wasn't even there. She was never locked out of the house. The house was open," said People's source, who claimed Gia was at the beach with her friends.

Giudice was at his beach house at the Jersey Shore with his wife Teresa's parents, his other three daughters, his brother and his wife and three of their kids. Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in prison after she and Joe Giudice pled guilty to multiple counts of fraud, reported Us Weekly. Joe Giudice was sentenced to 41 months in prison. He must continue his sentence when his wife is released in December.
