Almost immediately after Teresa Giudice checked into prison for her 15-month sentence, rumors began to circulate that her husband Joe had been spotted out on the town with several different women.

Joe has repeatedly denied the cheating claims, but words can only do so much when there are incriminating photos involved. . .

Radar Online recently posted 24 photos of the reality star "flirting" and enjoying his night out with a young, "sexy brunette."

Eyewitness Stephanie Palacios, 25, saw Joe and his date dining with another couple at Seabra's seafood restaurant in Newark, N.J., on Wednesday, April 29 at 8:30 p.m, and judging by her looks, she was "Joe's type - young and clueless."

"[Joe Giudice] looked to be having a good time, having a conversation and laughing. The way he and his date were conversing, you wouldn't talk that way to a family member or friend...They had chemistry," she said.

The "sexy brunette's" identity was not disclosed, but she was described as wearing tight jeans and a crop top, and she looked as if she was in her late 20s or early 30s.

"They didn't touch, but they were sitting close together and he seemed to be listening intently to whatever she said. I thought maybe the couple across from them set them up on a date," Palacios said.

After the restaurant emptied around closing time, Joe and the unnamed woman remained seated, and their demeanor suggested that they did not want to leave.

"Teresa should be upset. You would think that while he's in jail, especially on a weekday, shouldn't he be home with his kids? Maybe it's true that he really isn't around much. She's in jail, and he's out having fun with another woman."

Back in March, several sources claimed that Joe, 42, cheated with more than a "dozen women," and that things between him and Teresa aren't good because he allegedly cancelled one of his scheduled visits after the accusations popped up, according to the Hollywood Gossip.

Perhaps Teresa is already aware of her husband's infidelity because it was previously reported that the 42-year-old met with a divorce lawyer while she has been in prison. Her attorney, James J. Leonard, denied the report, and told People that Teresa and Joe are happy together, despite the unfortunate circumstances.

"I can state unequivocally that I am the only lawyer that Teresa has met with since she has been in prison. While we have discussed many things, we have never discussed her divorcing Joe. If anything, as bizarre as it may seem, this experience of them being apart has only brought them closer," Leonard said.

Joe will begin his 41-month sentence for bank and wire fraud when Teresa is released later this year before Christmas.
