The Penny Arcade Expo, more popularly known as PAX, is holding its massive PAX Prime from Aug. 28-31 in Seattle, and Microsoft is expected to debut several new Xbox titles in the event. And the company has announced that it is hosting a pre-PAX event of its own where gamers can play 20 new games at its campus at Redmond, Wash.

Like the event schedule, the titles of the 20 Xbox games have yet to be revealed, but it promises to be an exciting event for fans anticipating to play new releases, particularly those revealed in the recently concluded Gamescom 2015. What is even more awesome is that you need not be an attendee of PAX Prime to be admitted. This is important because the Prime event is already sold out, according to the PAX website. Microsoft's Redmond event is open to everyone, so if you are around the area, you can just drop by and play the new releases.

Larry Hryb, director of programming for Microsoft' Xbox Live, said in a Twitter post that the titles will be announced later this week in his blog. But for those looking for clues about the participating games, Games Radar's article might provide some insights:

"Obvious missing candidates from last week's [Gamescom] show are Playdead's Inside and Capy Games' Below (although Below was playable at E3), but we've still seen nothing of Ghost of a Tale, Space Engineers, Rivals of Aether and far more that's been announced in previous months. Perhaps even some of the games announced at Gamescom, including a console version of Cities: Skyline, could make an appearance?"
