Tracy Morgan was spotted enjoying the New York Yankees' 13-3 victory over the Boston Red Sox with his family on Tuesday.

The actor/comedian was joined in his front row seat by his fiancé Megan Wollover and the couple's 2-year-old daughter Maven.

The sighting was the Morgan's first since he was injured in a crash as he was returning to the New York area from a show in Delaware, according to Yahoo! News. Morgan suffered a broken leg among other wounds in the June 7, 2014 accident that reportedly saw a Walmart tractor-trailer ram into the celebrity's limousine, taking the life of one of Morgan's best pals, James "Jimmy Mack" McNair.

"The last time I saw him he was standing there laughing," Morgan said, Variety reported. 

Wal-Mart has since settled to pay Morgan an undisclosed amount of money as part of the out-of-court lawsuit, Yahoo! News reported. McNair's family has also been given $10 million.
