Golden retrievers and their human handlers held a camp at Camp Weequahic near Milford, Pa., to work on a production for a new "Dogumentary," Barkpost reported.

The documentary, entitled "Dog Camp," is inspired by the yearly meet-up for the goldies during the events of Goldstock.

"It has been described as the most fun you can have with your dog and your dog can have with you... It is a time to share our love of dogs with people of like minds, all in support of rescue," the Goldstock Camp's website said.

Gail Lustig, a New York City dog walker, started the event in 1998. The camp was built by her father in the 1950s.

"It's emotional. It's fun. It's promoting rescue. It's raising money," Lustig said in the trailer for "Dog Camp,' according to Little Things. "It's really an indescribable weekend where so many things go on."

The Goldstock annual event, held every Labor Day weekend, is considered a celebration of dogs and of rescue.

The documentary film about the camp will be released in November. For now, you can watch the trailer of the upcoming film that will no doubt interest dog lovers!
