We will all miss “Pretty Little Liars” after the summer finale Tuesday. Hopefully we get some of the “major answers” Jannel Parrish hinted at earlier this season.

But what will happen when we resume the season in January? Well, we know that Red Coat and the “A” team will continue to torment the girls. However, there is some non-“A” info on next season.

As the school year winds down the Liars continue to prepare for college. Emily is looking for alternatives to Stanford and Spencer is dealing with not getting into UPenn.

According to EOnline, Spencer will be running into some issues when it comes to dealing with the pressure of higher education. She’ll meet a “friend” named Brenda who offers to “help” her with her pressure issues. Why all the quotation marks? Brenda’s idea of help is pills. Yes, Spencer will start taking pills. This might make it a little bit tougher for her to be the brains of the group.

Pills won’t be the only problem Spencer is going to face. According to an interview Keegan Allen recently did with WetPaint.com, things between his character Toby and Spencer may get a little rocky in the summer finale.

“In the finale, Spencer thinks he leaves town, but he just doesn't want to talk to her. He's really hurt. He's kind of gathering himself. He's thinking,” Allen tells the website.

He also hints that Wren—who we now know is far from a good guy—helps Toby with some information. However, he would not specify what information Wren offers.

Despite the hiccups Toby and Spencer face, Allen says they will stay together.

“It just furthers their storyline together, their relationship status,” he says, “They're a real couple, but they're just dealing with really heavy subjects.”

The summer finale of “Pretty Little Liars” airs this Tuesday at 8/7c.
