Huawei Honor 8 Pro Officialy Announced in Russia

Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone is officially announced in Russia. The Smartphone unveiled last month is sold as Honor V9 in Chinese tech market. The specifications and features of the Honor 8 Pro are exactly the same that are found in the Honor V9 Smartphone.

According to Huawei Russia, the Honor 8 Pro sports a 5.7-inch LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 515 pixels per inch. The 16M colors in the screen give a pleasant view to the users. Under the hood, the Smartphone is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor with Mali-G71 MP8 GPU sitting next to it boosts the graphics of the phone.

The Processor of the Huawei Honor 8 Pro is coupled with 6GB of RAM and packs 64GB of onboard storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The device sports a 4000 mAh nonremovable battery and comes with Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 software straight out of the box.

Huawei Honor 8 Pro features a dual camera set-up with each 12-megapixel f/2.2 aperture lens having phase detection and laser autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, and panorama features. The front face of the phone is equipped with 8-megapixel selfie shooter.

Huawei Honor 8 Pro measures 157.00 x 77.50 x 6.97mm in terms of height, width, thickness and weighs 184.00 grams. The device comes with dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. The connectivity options found in the smartphone are Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G and 4G.

Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope are the sensors included in the smartphone. The smartphone is available in Gold and Blue color options. The company has not yet mentioned the Smartphone pricing and availability details. Stay tuned for more updates.
