Charlie Sheen reportedly gave his ex-wife Denise Richards one month to pack up her belongings and move out of her home, In Touch magazine reports. A source told the magazine that the 48-year-old actor already sold the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home to a friend and he needs her gone ASAP.

Sheen bought the home for Richards and their two daughters, Sam, 10, and Lola Rose, 8, back in 2011. Richards' adopted 2-year-old daughter, Eloise, also lives in the home. According to reports, the house is just six doors down from where the actor currently lives with his fiancée, Brett Rossi. He purchased it so he could have his family closer to him.

A source told In Touch that the "Anger Management" star and Rossi have been trying to get Richards out of the house for a while. According to E! News, she wants Sheen to cut all ties with his ex-wife.

"Sam and Lola's school is currently less than a five minute drive from the house they are living in now," a source told In Touch. "Charlie is allowing Denise to stay in the house until the girls finish school in several weeks."

"But as soon as they are done with school, Charlie wants her out. It's really sad because it just didn't have to come to this," the source added.

According to E!, the "Starship Troopers" actress is already looking for a new home. The source also told E! that since Rossi refuses to let Richards into Sheen's home, the actor has not been able to see his daughters.

Reportedly, he still needs supervised visits in order to see Lola Rose and Sam.

"Denise has always thought it was important for Charlie to have a relationship with the girls, and for a while it worked well," the source said. "Denise is realizing that she tried hard and stuck by Charlie for a long time but it's not working anymore."

"The girls are old enough now to see what's going on," the source added.
