The woman, who preferred being called as Ms. Tan, said that the disappointing experience she had with McDonald's happened on Monday, Dec. 4, after she and her 9-year-old daughter to get lunch.

According to The Straits Times' latest report, Ms. Tan made a takeaway order of McDonald's popular Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal, as well as Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal, before going home to eat.

However, it was already too late when she realized that the burger they ordered was around 80% undercooked. She immediately returned the burger to its packaging, and it went back to the McDonald's outlet they came from.

She asked the outlet manager about the disappointing meal. The store manager gave her a full refund and offered another burger, which Ms. Tan rejected.

After their conversation, the McDonald's manager asked for Ms. Tan's contact number, which she gave.

"I was told to visit the doctor if I faced discomfort and was promised that my medical bills would be paid for if I had food poisoning," said the customer.

On Dec. 6, the McDonald's outlet apologized for what happened, saying that they were sorry for the negative experience Ms. Tan had. But, the Singaporean lady said that after the incident, they didn't bother to contact her to check her status.

"I hope they will be more careful with their food preparation and not repeat this again," said the McDonald's consumer.

Aside from the latest raw McDonald's patty in Singapore, it is not the only shocking McDonald's experience that happened before 2023 ends.

In November, the New York Post reported that Australian resident Anton Vallely was shocked when he was eating a Quarter pounder.

He said that after three bites, he noticed something suspicious about the burger's taste. When the Aussy investigated the source, he discovered that the two patties were only partially cooked.

Vallely said that the burger made him sick after he realized that the uncooked meat was already sliding down his throat. You can click here to learn more about this incident.
