Khloé Kardashian has been there every step of the way since Lamar Odom was found unconscious on Oct. 13, but now that his condition is starting to improve, she's finally able to get away for a little. She left last weekend to attend her sister Kim's baby shower, and now she has left to visit her NBA player boyfriend James Harden.

Kardashian was spotted Wednesday night at the Rockets game, cheering Harden on from a suite, according to Entertainment Tonight. She was able to go unnoticed during her travels to Houston, but some people in the crowd still noticed she was there.

"Just as an FYI Khloé Kardashian was in Houston tonight for Rockets' opener," AP sports writer Kristie Rieken tweeted.

Kardashian explained in a recent interview with People that even though she and Odom called off their divorce in lieu of his hospitalization, that does not mean they are back together romantically. They called off their divorce so that she could be there to support him on his road to recovery and when Kardashian realized this is what she had to do, she did put her relationship with Harden on hold, as HNGN previously reported. "He's been great with me, and I'm just allowing everything to unfold," she told People. "If it's ever overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well."

Harden has been great throughout this entire incident and understands exactly why Khloé is doing what she's doing for Odom. "Khloé and James never broke up," a source told E! News on Wednesday. "He's been so understanding and he knows that Khloé's love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand. He's been very understanding and supportive. Lamar has a long road ahead of him and Khloé will haves have the love she has for Lamar."

"It's been a very emotional time, but I just continue to have faith and take it day by day," Kardashian also told E! News herself. "I appreciate all the support from fans."
