Being famous may have its share of perks, but unfortunately for Emma Roberts, this did not include getting away with cutting the line at the popular Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York to get a taste of the infamous "Cronut," combination doughnut and croissant. The star was turned away by the doormen after attempting it, the Daily Mail reports.

Onlookers in at the bakery yesterday reported that Roberts was impatient to wait in the line that wound around the block, and allegedly the 22-year old star and her publicist tried to skip the line before the doormen sent them to the back. We can just imagine Roberts asking, "Don't you know who I am?" to the doormen, to which they likely replied, "The last person in line."

Roberts and her publicist "slunk" to the back before giving up after several minutes of waiting. Later that day, Roberts appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" wearing a feminine white off-the-shoulder dress and simple black heels, where she was presented with her coveted Cronut by Fallon on a silver platter (literally!)

"no Cronut? I don't think so," Falon tweeted to Roberts recently, as he was surely not going to let the star go without what she'd been craving.

While attempting to get to the front of the bakery line yesterday, Roberts looked pretty in a bright peach-orange dress and simple white sneakers. Earlier that day, the star had made an appearance at "Live With Michael and Kelly" ABC Lincoln Studios, as part of promotion for her latest film, "We're the Millers." Outside the studio, the star signed autographs for tons of eager fans who begged for her autograph.
