After appearing in court to face 39 different criminal charges, sources say "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is in denial about her legal troubles.

"Teresa thinks people are coming after her because she is famous," a source told the Daily News. "She honestly thinks she has done nothing wrong."

Though the reality star and her husband, Joe, face charges ranging from fraud to asset shielding, the pair seemed happy on a recent weekend trip to Hamptons, a celebrity summer hot spot.

Giudice posted several photos on Instagram of the family beach vacation, including one of herself smiling and sporting a revealing black monokini.

The Giudices are expected to appear in court again on Aug. 14.

During their first appearance on July 30, the couple was freed on $500,000 bail each, but if they are convicted, they could face up to 30 years in prison. Despite the serious situation, Giudice still reportedly plans on filming the season five reunion for her reality show late this month.

"Teresa has no plans to stop filming," a source told In Touch.

But even if Teresa does appear on the realty show, don't expect the starlet to dish any details on her impending legal case. Sources told the mag the topic will be off limits.

"I can't even wrap my head around it," co-star and fellow New Jersey housewife Caroline Manzo told Us Weekly of the ordeal. "It's unexpected. This is a big deal. I think for us, the housewives, we always comment on the trivial things, and I think for me, the Manzos, our position is going to stay quiet. It's just too big and too serious for the peanut gallery. I'm just going to leave it at that."

While she is not directly discussing the charges, Giudice did take to social media to thank her fans, who have been tweeting tons of support to the troubled starlet.

"Thank you all so so much for your love and support. It means the world to me and my family!" she wrote
