Lindsey Lohan may have been released from rehab today but she will not be appearing in Ben Affleck’s new movie, according to Us Weekly citing a source.

There were reports saying Lohan was in line to play a goodly waitress in Affleck’s new movieLive By Night.”  According to the source, that wont’ happen.

"It's not true," the source explained. "First off, no one has been cast. [Lohan] will not be cast in any role in the movie. She is not being considered for any role in the movie. She won't be in the movie."

Lohan stayed in the spotlight all throughout the creation of “The Canyons,” the last movie in which she appeared. However it doesn’t look like she is dying to get back on the big screen right away. TMZ reported the 27-year old actress purchased a one-way ticket to Europe.

Before entering the 90-day court-mandated rehab, Lohan was interviewed by Piers Morgan. She told the Morgan that she believed traveling would be better for her compared to staying in a building.

"I think there are other things I could do instead of going to a rehab center that would benefit me more," she said during the interview. "The best thing they could do for me would be to make me go abroad to different countries and work with children."

"Lindsay seems totally fine, her inner circle really do think that this time she is legit getting her act together," a source close to Lohan explained to US Weekly. "In all honesty, yeah, she has had her bad moments and made some bad choices, but when you get to know Lindsay, she is really a powerful and captivating woman when you hear what she has to say."

The source continued, "I wish more people were able to see that side of her, but it looks like she's on her way!"

Up next for Lohan is an appearance in an eight-episode documentary series on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network. She will also be one of the guest hosts in an upcoming episode of Chelsea Handler’s “Chelsea Lately.”
