There's more drama for the Lohan bunch. Just as it seemed things were looking up for Lindsay Lohan at the Betty Ford Center things took a turn for the worse after Dina and Michael Lohan got into a nasty verbal altercation on a new talk show. TMZ reports that Dina does not feel bad about the incident because she got her daughter's approval to go on the show and also reportedly received $50,000 for appearing on the show.

Supposedly, Dina plans to use the money to get herself out of financial troubles. The family's Long Island home is said to be on the brink of foreclosure.

According to TMZ, Dina and Michael Lohan were at each other's throat during the taping of the show. The two were taping a segment of "The Test," a conflict-resolution talk show where lie detector tests and DNA tests are used to settle disputes. Things went horribly wrong once the topic of infedility and Lohan's downward spiral came up.

TMZ reports that sources told them that both parents began finger pointing at each other and accused each other of lying about their past. They also blamed each other for their daughter's troubled past. During the segment Michael Lohan reportedly took two lie detector tests and a urine test but Dina refused to take any.

Things got so intense at the taping that Dina asked security to escort her out the building, RadarOnline reports.

"It's really, really sad that Dina couldn't be forthright and be honest," Michael Lohan told RadarOnline about the show. "It's a shame that although I took not only the lie detector and urine test she refused to take both."

Lindsay who is currently undergoing 90-day treatment in rehab was supposed to have a family counseling session at the Betty Ford Center but because of her parents altercation, neither one wants to show up, the celebrity website reports.

"I didn't want a confrontation with Dina while Lindsay is in rehab," Michael told RadarOnline. "I've decided to go home and see my baby."

"The Test" will be hosted by actor and commedian Kirk Fox and will air on the Tribune stations in the fall.
