The highly-anticipated boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao last Saturday in Las Vegas netted millions of dollars, as tickets were priced expensively. Not everyone was lucky enough to score seats though, since the tickets were sold out immediately despite its prices.

Given the circumstances, a few enterprising people on eBay thought that selling a "bag of air" from the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao boxing match would interest a lot of people who were not able to watch the event live.

Listed under "Memorabilia," a bag of air first went up for auction with a starting price of 99 cents on Wednesday. It was listed to go on for seven days, and it was labeled by the seller as a "Rare Must Have Collectable!" according to News.Com.Au. The auction reached $2,025 in bids by the time news outlets got wind of it.

But checking the auction site for the listing has also resulted in several "Mayweather vs. Pacquiao Bag of Air" auction offers, as news sites like FanSided and Newsweek reported different versions. One of these bags even had an asking price of $10,000, with the seller noting that "You'll never find another item like this," according to the Newsweek report. These offers have since disappeared from the auction site, however.

But other than these air bags, other Mayweather vs. Pacquiao memorabilia are also being put up for bid on eBay, such as posters, betting odds, caps, shirts, hotel room keys during the night of the fight, used ticket stubs, mouth guards and press pass lanyards.

The match between Mayweather and Pacquiao ended with a victory for Floyd Mayweather, based on a unanimous decision by the judges. A possible rematch could happen after Pacquiao undergoes surgery for his injured shoulder, as confirmed by Floyd in a text message sent to ESPN.
