Justin Bieber was recently in Toronto for his "Believe" tour. While there the "Boyfriend" singer stepped out on his hotel balcony to greet his eager fans waiting below. The pop star was photographed, along with several friends, enjoying the pandemonium but then was seen leaning over the balcony and spitting, the Daily Mail reports.

Bieber and his friends laughed and the star even pulled out his cell phone to film his fans. It's not clear where exactly the spit landed. Some fans commented on the vide he posted to Instagram saying that he was a poor example of a role model why others defended the singer saying that he would never spit on anyone. A couple fans commented and swore the spit didn't land on anyone but went into a bush directly below him.

Why the singer felt the need to lean over the balcony in front of his fans and spit seems a bit odd especially since he has making headlines for reportedly spitting on people.

Just a couple weeks ago the singer was accused of spitting in a Ohio DJ's face. According to the Daily News, Bieber was at an Ohio nightclub when his guards approached a man because they thought he was snapping pictures of the pop star.

The man, only known as a Ohio DJ, said he didn't take any pictures but Bieber appeared to get angry, walked over to him and spit in his face.

"He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something, and spit in my face," the DJ told TMZ.

TMZ reported that the DJ is going to press charges. The "Baby" singer was also accused of spitting in his neighbors face. The neighbor said he approached Bieber because of his reckless driving up-and-down the streets when the singer spit on him.
