Chuck Norris' spacious Dallas home from his "Walker, Texas Ranger" TV series, has been put up for sale with a price tag of $1.2 million.

Chuck Norris' Dallas home, often featured in "Walker, Texas Ranger" television series, is on the market asking $1.2 million. The Mediterranean-Ranch style home is listed as Norris plans on downsizing. The on-screen residence of Cordell Walker is located in the tony Dallas neighborhood of Northwood Hills.

According to agent Rogers Healy's listing on his site, the 7,362 sq ft house was built in 1975, which has four extra-large bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a theater and a gym. It also includes an 884 square feet separate building that was used as a studio during the filming of "Walker, Texas Ranger" and other Norris' productions. Additional features include a pool attached spa, heated, separate spa and hot tub, and a 3 car garage.

Norris played the role of Walker in the CBS series that ran for eight seasons from 1993 to 2001.

Norris' co-owns the home with his brother, Aaron Norris, who is an actor, director and a film producer. He was the executive producer of "Walker, Texas Ranger" and produced many films including Braddock: Missing in Action III, Platoon Leader, Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection, The Hitman, Hellbound, Top Dog and Sidekicks. Aaron followed his elder brother's footsteps, learning martial arts and holds a ninth-degree black belt in Chun Kuk Do.

Healy said that few potential buyers have already toured the home since it was listed on the site Friday.

Norris and his wife, Gena O-Kelley have several homes elsewhere, he said to the Associated Press.
