Nala the teacup poodle loves to spend her days bringing happiness to a Minnesota nursing home.

The tiny black fluff ball comes to work every day with her human dad, Doug Dawson - a trained medications assistant at the Lyngblomsten care center.

While her dad is trained to work with the elderly, Nala has no training herself, reported Kare 11, an NBC affiliate.

When Nala and Dawson arrive at the facility in the morning, he said he puts her on the elevator and lets her do her thing all day.

Her free-spirited personality brings life to the residents who call her an "angel."

"She's an angel," Ruth New, 90 told Kare 11. "I love her and she loves me."
