Is LeAnn Rimes ready to have a baby of her own? The country singer recently tweeted that her two stepsons, Mason and Jake, want her to have a baby, specifically a girl, the Daily Mail reports.

This announcement comes just weeks after Rimes shot down rumors that she was pregnant. Star magazine reported that the "Spitfire" singer was thrilled to be expecting he first child with husband, Eddie Cibrian. She took to Twitter to dispel the rumor posting that it was far from the truth.

"LMAO Star Magazine!  I don't know if you dr the pics or pic the worst one you can find, but I'm far from pregnant & just dropped a jean size," she wrote.

Rimes also followed up the tweet by announcing that she was going to enjoy a nice bottle of wine sent to her from "Anger Management" co-star Charlie Sheen.

She recently told People magazine that she did want to have kids but wasn't in a rush.

"We have a lot on our plates," she told the magazine. "But whenever I talk about kids, I'm like, 'Let's have one!' I have a lot of work to do now but I'm totally ready if it happens."

She revealed that her mother had trouble getting pregnant so she is open to other times when her and Cibrian are ready to expand their family.

"It took my mom 12 years to have me. I hope I don't have that [issue] but if I do then a surrogate is something I've thought about," she said. "Eddie and I also talked about adopting. My capacity to love a child doesn't stop at my own eggs, obviously!"

Rimes and Cibrian married in 2011, two years after separating from their respective spouses following a highly publicized affair. They met on the set of a Lifetime movie they were both starring in.

She told People that at the time she felt like her life was falling apart but now she feels "settled" and is "proud of my great family. Eddie is an amazing father and I love my stepsons."

It seems like she's right in line with her stepsons request for a sister telling People that she is ready to mix things up at her house.

"Testosterone is all around here so I need a little girl!"
