Parents of "Frozen"-loving children beware - Disney released a song from "Frozen 2" and it's reminiscent of the song "Let It Go" that has been stuck in your heads more than a year.

The new song, "Making Today a Perfect Day," features Idina Menzel as Elsa and Kristen Bell as Anna

Like in the new movie, the song is about Elsa's attempt to throw Anna the best birthday party ever - despite Elsa's cold.

The producers have yet to announce a release date for the movie.
