Third time's the charm, right?

Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from her husband Rick Salomon for a third time, Us Weekly reportedAccording to court documents, the couple separated on Tuesday and the former "Baywatch" actress filed divorce papers the following day.

"She could pull it back again. It is always on and off," a source told Us Weekly. "She doesn't know what she wants and he's too nice for her. She likes bad boys."

A representative for Anderson told Access Hollywood on Thursday, that, "It's a private matter - Pamela felt best to let go of a difficult situation. We do not wish to comment further. Thank you."

Anderson and Salomon first tied the knot in October 2007, but two months later the marriage was annulled due to fraud and was officially dissolved in March 2008. The two rekindled and remarried on Jan. 9, 2014, after about six years apart. At the time, Anderson told E! News, that she was happy and their "families are very happy and that's all that matters."

The former Playmate filed for divorce on July 3 a second time after less than six months of being married to Salomon and cited "irreconcilable differences." The actress later requested that the judge toss out her request.

"A petition to dismiss the divorce was filed by [Anderson] on Aug. 21," a spokesperson at the Los Angeles Superior Court told Us Weekly. "The divorce filing was dismissed on Aug. 22 so the couple is still officially married."

The mother of two reportedly filed for divorce to get Salomon to give up his "party-boy" ways.

"Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying," an insider said. "They love each other, but it's always a rollercoaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the proceedings."

Anderson was previously married to Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 with whom she shares two sons, Brandon and Dylan. She was also married to Kid Rock from August 2006 to February 2007.
