If you have ever paid attention to Kim Kardashian's "throw back Thursday" pictures on her Instagram page, then you already know that she really wants her pre-baby body back.

According to reports the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" star got a head start on her baby weight loss journey while still in the hospital room just moments after giving birth to baby North West. The Daily Mail reports that Kardashian reportedly banned all sweets from her hospital room because she did not want to feel tempted into eating any junk food.

Now that she is home and starting to adjust to motherhood, her weight loss has reportedly now become an "obsession." According to the Huffington Post, Kardashian wants to drop 30 pound in 30 days and will be working with personal trainer Tracy Anderson. Anderson has worked with Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna. Dropping that amount of weight in such a short period of time is not going to be easy but she is determined and is reportedly planning on "eating a lot of proteins, fruits and vegetables."

Her trainer recently told Hollyscoop that before they begin the rigorous exercise regime she wants the reality star to rest for a couple weeks.

"During that time it is really important that [Kim] don't do anything," Anderson said. "Women have to let their bodies come back naturally as much as they can come back."

She also added that the best way for the "Keeping Up With Kardashian" star to help get her body is to nurse saying that nursing will help a woman's body "naturally bring itself back to a certain extent."

According to The Sun, a source close to the new mom said that she "wouldn't stop talking about her body in the delivery room" and "kept asking her sisters if she looked smaller and skinnier after giving birth."

"She really believes she can lose the first 30 pounds in the first month. She wants to look good in a bikini by the end of the summer," the source adds. She supposedly worked with Anderson throughout her pregnancy but is scared she won't get her pre-baby body back. Everyone has told her not to stress - that it's about being healthy and having a good mind-set for your baby, not about losing the weight right away."

One of the reasons Kardashian is probably under so much pressure to lose the weight so quickly is because of all the public criticism she had to deal with throughout her pregnancy. Even though she is in a hurry to drop the weight Hollywood Life reports that her boyfriend, Kanye West, "doesn't want her to go crazy trying to be skinny."

"Kanye likes this woman with a fat [butt], so as long as Kim doesn't lose the booty and hips, they're good to go," a source jokingly told Hollywood Life. "He's not really tripping on it too much. He knows what Kim is working with and he loves it all."
