Bruce Jenner is reportedly not only ready to talk about his changing appearance, but he's also allowing cameras to capture his most private moments. According to TMZ, the 65-year-old former Olympian is going to film his transformation for a new docu-series to air on E!.

Sources told the site that Jenner has been filming for the past several months. Allegedly, the series will focus on his decision to go from male to female. TMZ claims that Jenner filmed his family's reaction to the news and at one point his ex-wife, Kris Jenner, "lost" it.

The source went on to say that Jenner's kids have all been "extremely supportive." Last week, Khloe Kardashian and her sisters Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie, all posted a photo of them sitting next to the former athlete.

"Family first," Kim captioned her picture.

News of Jenner's docu-series comes after photos surfaced of him with what many believe to be a new plump pout. He was spotted driving around Los Angeles with fuller lips and long, shoulder length hair. US Weekly also reports that Jenner will briefly talk about his transformation on Season 10 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

"He feels like he doesn't have anything to lose," a source told US.

A few months ago Kris slammed the transgender rumors as fake but Kim admitted earlier this week during an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" that Jenner was on a "journey" and he would discuss it when he was ready.

"I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way... I think everyone goes through things in life, and I think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right," she said.

"I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him," Kardashian continued. "He's our dad so we support him no matter what, and I think when the time is right he'll talk about whatever he wants to talk about. I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about."
