Gunfire erupted at a house party in Omaha, Neb. Saturday, killing two people and wounding six others.

Officers received an emergency call about gunfire at around 2 a.m., according to New York Daily NewsPolice said two women were pronounced dead at the scene. Three others were rushed to the hospital via ambulance. One victim is listed in critical condition and two other victims are said to have serious injuries.

The remaining three victims were transported to Nebraska-Medicine-University of Nebraska Medical Center, in a car, the Daily Mail reported.Their conditions remain unknown.

Ja'Kela Foster, 19, died from gunshot wounds at the party at the intersection of North 34th and Parker streets. She was the mother of one. Kristina Young, Foster's mother, waited outside the home hours after the incident while investigators gathered evidence. Young said she was going to stay until her daughter's body was taken away.

The other woman who died after being shot at the party was in her twenties, the New York Daily News said.

Police arrested two of the victims' family members for getting into a fight while at the hospital. Police did not release the names of the victims and are yet to give a motive for the fatal shooting.
