Diplo has taken his feud with Taylor Swift from social media to the pages of GQ magazine. The 36-year-old DJ, who is rumored to have dated Swift's supposed enemy Katy Perry, called the pop star's fans - known as Swifties - "evil" and "crazy."

Earlier this month Diplo was attacked on social media for criticizing Swift's tiny frame.

"Taylor Swift fans are really crazy. They threatened to murder me and stuff," he said. "It's really bizarre, and disgusting. They're the worst people in the world."

"They're like 'I wish your kids had Down syndrome.' They're so evil," the DJ continued. "I dissed Lady Gaga before, and the gays were never even this mean. They're funny. These people are like mean-spirited, evil human beings. I'm not a politician. I shouldn't have to be under the microscope for people like that."

Diplo also hinted he knew a lot of "scary" secrets about the "Blank Space" singer but he didn't want to divulge any dirt on her out of her because he's terrified of her fans.

"She has like forty million Twitter fans. Forty million! Yeah, it's crazy. I'm a fan though," he said. "Her powers - she's big. She's strong, bro. Taylor Swift is very strategic with her friends and enemies. And I know lots of secrets. I can't divulge, but I know a lot of stuff about her. And she's definitely, there's definitely scary stuff going on. And I'm scared. I'm scared for my life."

It's been rumored that Perry and Swift had a falling out and the "Roar" signer was going to dis Swift during her Super Bowl Halftime show in February. The rumors first surfaced earlier this month when Hollywood Life reported that Perry wanted to show Swift that she "is the biggest female act."

Perry was asked about the supposed Super Bowl dis during an interview on "Entertainment Tonight" but she played coy with her answer.

"I think the speculation is very fun," she teased. "And I don't usually like speculation, but I'm like Hey! It's like bringing everybody into the conversation, you know, and on February 1, you'll see what's actually going to go down."
