The claws are out. Katy Perry is reportedly planning on dissing her rumored rival Taylor Swift during her Super Bowl Halftime performance. Sources told Hollywood Life that the 30-year-old "Birthday" singer wants to show Swift, 25, that "she is the biggest female act."

"Katy is in complete rehearsal mode for her Super Bowl performance, she wants to make it feel like a complete party and something that will be remembered forever," the source told Hollywood Life.

"She wants to make a statement with her performance and show that she is the biggest female act in the world and she wants to show that to everyone including Taylor Swift, who she has a feud with," the source added. "In Katy's eyes, no one can compete on her level."

It's not clear what exactly Perry plans on doing, but the source said that it's either going to be a lyric jab or a visual jab. It's long been rumored that Swift and Perry are far from friends. During an interview with Rolling Stone to promote "1989," Swift revealed that her song "Bad Blood" was about a female singer she considered a "straight-up enemy."

Shortly after the interview was published, the "Fireworks" singer took to Twitter with a "Mean Girls" reference, writing, "Watch out for Regina George in sheep's clothing." Many people assumed the tweet was directed at Swift.

According to TMZ, the feud started after Perry supposedly stole three of Swift's backup dancers. There were also rumors that John Mayer had something to do with the fallout. Swift and Mayer reportedly had a brief fling in 2010, but he broke it off and started dating Perry in 2012.

Swift, known for writing songs about failed romances, penned a song about Mayer called "Dear John." Sources told Page Six that neither Mayer nor Perry appreciated the song.
