Julianna Margulies and Don Cheadle will honor their former co-star George Clooney with the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes on Sunday evening, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The 53-year-old actor is the 62nd recipient of the lifetime achievement award given for "outstanding contributions to the world of entertainment."

Clooney starred with Margulies on "ER" for five seasons where he received his first three Golden Globe nominations. "The Good Wife" star also presented her former TV husband with the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award at the 2010 Emmy Awards.

He and Cheadle starred together in the "Ocean's" trilogy, which were three of the four highest grossing films in Clooney's career.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association celebrated the actor, producer and director's honorary achievement with an intimate cocktail reception in West Hollywood. He also received a copy of the book "Cecil B. DeMille: The Art of the Hollywood Epic" written by DeMille's granddaughter Cecilia DeMille Presley.

Margulies and Cheadle will join a large list of presenters both from television and film on Sunday evening at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, including:

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will co-host their final Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday, Jan. 11 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
