Taylor Swift has officially lost it. The "Shake it Off" singer released the music video for her latest single "Blank Space" - after it was leaked online ahead of schedule - from her already-platinum album "1989" on Monday afternoon.

"GUYS. Black Space Music Video. Directed by @JosephKahn. Co-Starring @Seanopry55," she tweeted, including a link to the video.

The song is catchy and relatable (who hasn't wanted to destroy an ex-boyfriend's t-shirt, right?) and features a super-hot model named Sean O'Pry. The almost five-minute video starts off with Swift in a picture-perfect relationship only for it to end in disaster after she catches him texting another girl.

That's when the 24-year-old turns into the "crazy" girlfriend and smashes his luxury car with a golf club, uses a little voodoo apple, sets fire to his clothes, cuts the nipples out of his t-shirts and defaces a picture with a knife.

"Got a long list of ex-lovers/They'll tell you I'm insane/But I've got a blank space, baby/And I'll writer your name," Swift sings.

We have no idea which of the singer's exes gave Swift the material she needed for the song but she did previously reveal to Rolling Stone that there a few songs dedicated to past loves including "I Wish You Would" (presumably about One Direction's Harry Styles) and "All You Had to Do Was Stay" (also could be about Styles).

The pop star also admitted that the song "Bad Blood" is about a female celebrity she considers a "straight-up enemy." It's been rumored that the girl Swift has an issue with is Katy Perry.

"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," she told Rolling Stone. "She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?' [Then last year] she did something so horrible. I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy!"
