The Colorado Rockies have added another catcher and could move Wilin Rosario to another position or trade him away. Meanwhile, infielder Stephen Drew wants a fairly high annual salary for the 2015 season.

Nick Hundley has agreed to a two-year contract worth about $6 million with the Colorado Rockies, according to Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun. The Baltimore Orioles wanted to re-sign the 31-year-old, but the Rockies gave him a better deal. Hundley slashed .233/.273/.352 with Baltimore after being acquired from the Padres when starter Matt Wieters was shut  down for the season following Tommy John Surgery.

Baltimore declined his $5 million option for 2015, but hoped to keep him around since it's unknown if Wieters will be ready for spring training. Hundley will enter his eighth year in the MLB next season and owns a career stat line of .238/.294/.386 with 52 home runs and 214 RBIs. He's a good defensive catcher and has a career fielding percentage of .991.

The signing by the Rockies may indicate the team is looking to move starter Wilin Rosario to a different position or trade him altogether. There were rumors earlier in the offseason that Colorado was looking to trade him, but nothing has developed since. He was drawing interest from AL teams earlier this month, most notably the Texas Rangers.

As for other free agents, infielder Stephen Drew is still available and has the attention of a number of clubs. Drew spent the 2014 season with the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees and logged the worst campaign of his career. He slashed .162/.237/.299 with seven home runs and 26 RBIs in 85 games.

However, the 31-year-old is seemingly putting his poor season behind him and is reportedly seeking a $9 million to $10 million salary for 2015, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post. The Blue Jays, Cubs, White Sox, Angels and Astros are interested in signing him, but it's very unlikely they pull the trigger for that amount of money.

His agent is also Scott Boras, who is likely playing a role in the reported salary demands.
