Chelsea Handler's most recent picture showing her bare breasts on top of a snowy mountain has been quickly removed by Instagram for violating their policies.

Handler posted the picture of wearing all of her ski clothes and accessories, minus a shirt and bra. Her bare breasts are framed by her ski bookbag as she looks off into the distance looking for her dog Chunk, who Handler sarcastically says she misplaced.

"I lost chunk on the mountain," Handler wrote on the picture caption, referencing one of her beloved dogs.

The picture also shows a helicopters in the background and some people, who seem completely oblivious, or really don't care, that Handler is posing with her nipples out.

Handler has begun a somewhat all our war against Instagram and their policies, which frequently takes down her pictures.

In October, the 39-year-old comedian posted a picture of riding topless on horseback to imitate Russian President Vladimir Putin's picture where he rides a horse bare chested, according to the New York Daily News.

Instagram removed Handler's picture three different times as she continued to repost it, the Daily News reported.

"Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to prove I have a better body than Putin, Handler wrote on Instagram. "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825? If instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me. Talk to your bosses."

Shortly after, Handler threatened to quit Instagram due to their questionable take down policies, but opted instead to take a mirror picture of her naked bottom and post it next to a picture of Kim Kardashian's cover for Paper Magazine, according to the Daily News.
