Today is Saturday, which means Black Monday is just two days away (some real hard-hitting reporting right there). Several NFL head coaches will be losing their jobs in a short period of time, and none is more interesting than Jim Harbaugh of the San Francisco 49ers. Harbaugh is expected to be fired or traded sometime early next week.

Harbaugh is a very good football coach. His career winning percentage since becoming an NFL head coach in 2011 is .690. He's made the post-season three out of four years, including one Super Bowl appearance. In other words, the man will not be unemployed for long.

The University of Michigan, Harbaugh's alma mater, remains a strong candidate to land the coach's services. Michigan reportedly offered Harbaugh a six-year deal worth $48 million, which would make him the highest paid coach in college football.

"Michigan AD Jim Hackett & U-M officials will be in the Bay Area this weekend to speak with Jim Harbaugh. So will #Raiders officials #GameOn," tweeted NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

As mentioned by Rapoport, the Oakland Raiders are also expected to give Harbaugh a strong sales pitch. However, they are not permitted to talk to Harbaugh until after the season ends, per NFL tampering rules. This has given Michigan a comfortable head start.

"Source says, 49ers and Michigan have worked out a deal. Nothing signed, but UM officials feel confident Jim Harbaugh will be new coach," tweeted Joe Pequeno of CBS5AZ.com.

"Source says, Harbaugh will tell SF team after Sunday's game and be introduced Tuesday. Once again, nothing signed, but UM confident."

Other teams, such as the Chicago Bears and New York Jets, could begin to court Harbaugh should they dismiss their current head coaches.
