Things were made a little easier for the Spurs on Thursday when the Thunder ruled out superstar Kevin Durant, who'll miss his fourth straight game because of a sprained right ankle.

"It's going to be a big test for us," Thunder coach Scott Brooks told the team website, via ESPN.  "San Antonio is the defending champ.  They play great basketball and had a great game (Monday) night.  I'm sure they're ready to play."

Durant's absence will again put the spotlight of Westbrook, who's carried the offense with his 28.2 points and 7.1 assists per game.  His job won't be any easier playing on the road against the 18-11 Spurs.

"They are definitely a tough team at home," Westbrook said.  "We just have to go in there and try to get a win."

Tasked with limiting Westbrook is Tony Parker.  The Spurs veteran returned to the lineup Monday night after missing five games with a strained left hamstring and scored 26 points.  Having suffered no apparent setbacks, he's expected to play Thursday.

"He says he feels great," said Spurs coach Gregg Popovich.  "I'm scared to death about it, but I'm just going to trust him.  He has been around for a long time, and he doesn't want to reinjure himself.  Hopefully, he's OK."

San Antonio will still be without forward Kawhi Leonard, who's missed four straight games because of a torn ligament in his right hand.
