"Two and a Half Men" looked as if it would come to an end in 2011 when Warner Bros. fired star Charlie Sheen after he made derogatory statements against the studio and the show's creator Chuck Lorre. The CBS comedy recovered, replacing Sheen with Ashton Kutcher, and will finish up with 12 successful seasons in February.

The sitcom, which also stars Jon Cryer, will air its one-hour series finale on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 9 p.m. "Two and a Half Men" will complete 262 episodes by the end of its run and ranked as TV's most watched comedy for five consecutive seasons from 2005 to 2010.

"I intend to keep coming to the lot even if they don't want to let me in," Cryer told CBS News in October. "I'm gonna be that guy just sitting out in front of the lot."

CBS will replace the vacant 9 p.m. timeslot with repeats of the current No. 1 TV comedy, "The Big Bang Theory." The network will also push back "Mom," starring Anna Faris and Allison Janney, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Matthew Perry returns to television in a reboot of the Neil Simon play, "The Odd Couple." ABC aired the original sitcom adaptation starring Tony Randall and Jack Klugman from 1970 to 1975.

Perry stars as the endearing slob Oscar Madison opposite Thomas Lennon's Felix Unger, an uptight neat freak. The show also stars Wendell Pierce, Lindsay Sloane and Yvette Nicole Brown as well as guest appearances by Lauren Graham as Oscar's ex-wife Gaby.

The sitcom will premiere on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8:30 p.m., the prime spot behind a new episode of "The Big Bang Theory."
