Billie Lourd's casting in "Star Wars: Episode VII-The Force Awakens" has been confirmed by an unlikely source.

Actress Debbie Reynolds was performing at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas from Nov. 7 to Nov. 9 when "Star Wars" actress Carrie Fisher joined her on stage, according to VegasSeven.com. Reynolds told the crowd Fisher and her daughter Billie Lourd were working on J.J. Abrams' "Star Wars" set.

While there were multiple rumors of Lourd joining the cast, the "Star Wars" production had yet to confirm the whispers.

However, fans may get a sneak peak of the film sooner than expected. Jedi News recently reported a source close to the production claims the first trailer for the film is almost finished.

"A reliable source just said JW received a trailer from JJ Abrams on Monday, Oct 20. JW has already written new Star Wars music to accompany this trailer," the source wrote. "This new trailer music will feature new music and will be recorded on November 15 in LA with full orchestra.

"Still determining if the score will be recorded in London due to advanced age of composer/conductor. 14 hour flight to LA not too kind on 82 year old. This is all a secret and this message will be deleted shortly."

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" also stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie. Original cast members Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker will also be joining the cast newcomers. The film is set to hit theaters on Dec. 18, 2015.
