AT&T is bundling a great deal for shoppers who can now pick up the affordable metal clad Lumia 830 for $450 and get a free Fitbit Flex, starting Friday.

AT&T, the second largest wireless carrier in the U.S., has struck a deal with the world's largest software developing company, Microsoft, to exclusively offer the latest Lumia 830 smartphone on its network. The affordable premium-looking device will go on sale through AT&T online and retail channels starting Friday, Nov. 7. To make the purchase more appealing, AT&T is offering the FitBit Flex along with the Windows smartphone at no additional cost for a limited period.

In an official blog post on AT&T's website, the carrier confirmed the Lumia 830 will be available for $450 without any contract. But customers can pick up various AT&T purchase options including AT&T Next with zero down. Under this plan, the cost of the device will be divided into 12 or 18 installments and customers can choose to pay $18.75 a month for 18 months or $22.50 for 12 months to own the device.

Adding to the device's worth, the FitBit Flex, which separately costs $100, is being offered for free till the supplies last. The wearable device can pair with the Lumia 830 to track daily activities such as sleep, steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned and more. The wrist wear also sets goals for users to stay motivated and on track. A companion FitBit app, available for download from Windows Phone Store, syncs information and displays all the data.

Microsoft unveiled the Lumia 830 smartphone at the IFA 2014 trade show in Berlin in September. The smartphone features a 5-inch ClearBlack 720p display, which offers readability in sunlight, 10-megapixel rear-facing Pure View camera with ZEISS technology and Optical Image Stabilizer and a LED flash. The front camera is fitted with a 1 megapixel sensor so users do not miss out on taking passable selfies if not great ones. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM and features 16GB onboard storage with expandable option. The 2,200mAh removable battery can be charged wirelessly with PMA standard, Microsoft said.

The Lumia 830 runs on Windows Phone 8.1, activating the Cortana voice assistance for carrying out voice commands seamlessly.
