Move over Kim Kardashian, there's a new derriere grabbing everyone's attention. Kate Middleton's younger sister, Pippa Middleton, stole the spotlight the day Kate married Prince William. Everyone was talking about Pippa's backside in her bridesmaid dress, and now the British celeb is dishing on how she keeps it in shape.

According to US Weekly, Pippa recently started writing a health and wellness column for Britain's Waitrose Weekend. In her first column, Pippa shared some of her diet secrets and favorite workouts including ones she does to keep her booty firm.

"I know that if I fit in at least three, ideally five, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30-minute run, an hour's walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy, and helps me sleep and digest better," Middleton said. "So I make it a priority, whatever the weather or my work schedule."

Her favorite exercises include classic planks, ladders, wall pushes and pile squats. In the column, Pippa said all the exercises help tone and tighten your body, US reports.

"Do the routine three times a week and you'll really notice a difference," Middleton told readers.

As far as her diet, Pippa wrote that she believes "good health is about moderation in all things, so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in - I'm talking chocolate, crisps, and the occasional glass of wine."

"I've never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week, but I do believe in making healthy choices - keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes," she continued.
