“Game of Thrones” fans will be in shock once they find out which characters are set to cross paths in season five.

The Daily Mail published many images of actress Emilia Clarke (Daenerys), Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) and Iain Glen (Jorah) on the “Game of Thrones” set located in Osuna, Spain, which could be the newest backdrop for Meeren.

Season four ended with Tyrion barely escaping King’s Landing after killing his father, Tywin Lannister. Well, it seems like things are looking up for the youngest Lannister as he’s sitting beside Daenerys and her possible second husband.

There are also photos of what appears to be Jorah fighting at a local Spanish amphitheatre in what appears to be a death match. For those who haven’t read the books, Tyrion and Daenerys have yet to cross paths, which means the series is departing from George R.R. Martins “A Song of Fire and Ice Saga.”

The “A Song of Fire and Ice” saga writer spoke to Digital Spy back in August confirming he is writing an episode for the fifth season of “Game of Thrones.”

"I'm not writing a script for season 5, but I'm still a co-executive producer, so I'm still involved on that level," Martin told Digital Spy. "It takes me about three weeks to a month to write a script, and with all the pressure to finish and deliver 'The Winds of Winter,' I decided my time was better spent finishing the book than taking off three weeks to a month to get a script done."
