Lindsay Lohan has had her fair share of run-ins with the law, but her latest stint in a rehabilitation center appears to be going well, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, Lindsay has been consistent with her treatment sessions and has not skipped even one of the meetings. The report goes on to note the troubled star has even gone on to make some new friends who are also going through similar situation to her.

Lohan still has more than two months to go on her rehab sentence. She is even rumored to be wanting to get back to work with a highly sought after movie role in the 50 Shades of Grey movie. Naughty But Nice Rob reports that Lohan is wants the lead role of Anastasia Steele in order to reinvigorate her movie career.

Meanwhile, Lohan's planned family counseling at the Betty Ford Center has been cancelled this weekend, RadarOnline.com notes. Her parents, Michael and Dina Lohan were supposed to come for a counseling session but they're in a middle of a fight, causing them to cancel the sit-down session. No mention was given as to what spurred the fight between the former couple.

"I didn't want a confrontation with Dina while Lindsay is in rehab," Michael tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.  "I've decided to go home and see my baby."
