Despite a rehab stay, Lindsay Lohan won't let that affect her 27th birthday.

According to Radar Online, Lohan is asking the team at the Betty Ford Center to let her out early in order to celebrate her upcoming birthday. The source explains  Lohan wants the clinic to send a letter to court saying she does not have to stay for the entire 90 days.

The source said  Lohan is "hell bent on getting out of there before the big day. Lindsay has been asking her doctors to send a letter to the court, and prosecutors, outlining the progress she has made, and that keeping her there for 90 days isn't necessary."

The "Mean Girls" actress entered the clinic on May 3. Her birthday on July 2, she will only complete 60 days out of the 90 day rehab stint.

"However, Lindsay isn't going to get her way as her doctors think she could actually benefit from longer treatment, not less!" the source said. "Even if Betty Ford did send a letter, her plea deal said she had to remain there for 90 days. She won't be allowed to leave early. If she does, it's jail time.

With Lohan putting together her life, her parents are set on repairing their own family issues. Radar Online reports the couple is putting their fighting to the side in order to help their daughter through her rehab stint.

The couple reportedly had dinner at the W Hotel Hollywood where they are planning to get their daughter better.
