If you ask the developers of the "Grand Theft Auto" video games, Lindsay Lohan only sued them to get attention, The Associated Press reported.

Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and Rockstar Games said in court papers made public Tuesday that Lohan "filed for publicity purposes." The makers also called the case frivolous, according to AP.

The lawsuit came in July after Lohan accused the video game developers of creating a character named Lacey Jonas based on her in "Grand Theft Auto V."

According to Lohan's suit, the game used her image, voice and styles for the character, AP reported.

"The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years [before the release of the game]," according to NY Daily News.

But that's not all. According to NY Daily News, West Hollywood hotel Chateau Marmont is also featured in the game. Lohan lived at the hotel during the summer of 2012 and allegedly left behind an unpaid bill of $46,000.

Lacey Jonas' character also says "I'm really famous!" throughout the game and is eager to dodge the paparazzi.

However, Take-Two says the only way Lacey Jonas resembles Lohan is that she is a young, blond woman.

Now the developers want the case dismissed and want Lohan to compensate them for their legal fees, AP reported.
