Justin Bieber has managed to avoid jail time in his recent legal battles, but pending court cases could change the bad boy singer's streak.

A Miami judge ordered Bieber back to the stand for a second deposition in the case of the alleged beating of photographer Jeffrey Binion, according to TMZ. The "Confident" singer refused to answer questions about his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez in his March deposition, which was videotaped and leaked to TMZ. He will have to answer those questions in the deposition, which has yet to be scheduled.

Binion is suing Bieber's bodyguard Hugo Hesny, who allegedly "threw him against a wall, grabbed him by the throat and "displayed a gun" in an effort to steal his memory card," along with Bieber for "orchestrating the event," according to InTouch Weekly.

Also in Miami, Bieber plans to plead guilty to reckless driving in charges stemming from his Jan. 23 arrest, according to TMZ. Police witnessed Bieber and his friend Khalil Amir Sharieff racing a rented Lamborghini and Ferrari on a street in Miami Beach. Neither was charged with drag racing, but Bieber did face charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license - all of which will be dismissed. The teen idol will have to pay a fine and take anger management classes, but won't serve a probation period.

Bieber's last open case is in his home country of Canada. Bieber faces an assault charge in the December 2013 beating case of a Toronto limo driver. Bieber skipped his court appearance for the case in May, and likely won't show up unless the trial goes to court, according to the Toronto Sun. His lawyers are claiming their client is not guilty.

Bieber received two years of supervised probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in his egg-throwing case out of Calabasas, California, according to TMZ. He must pay $80,900 in damages, perform five days of community service and take anger management classes during that time.

"Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music," a Bieber representative told TMZ.

Less than two weeks after the egg-throwing event, Bieber already put his probation in jeopardy when cops were called out six times to his Beverly Hills condo complex on July 19, according to TMZ. Neighbors complained of loud noise and marijuana use, but Bieber avoided citation because he agreed to turn down the music.

The Los Angeles District attorney rejected the charge of a felony robbery attempt against Bieber on June 12. A woman accused him of snatching her cell phone from her purse at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park after Bieber caught her snapping a picture of him in the batting cages, she told the Los Angeles Police Department.
