The Cheesecake Factory "won" The Center for Science in the Public Interest's annual Xtreme Eating Contest. The "contest" determines some of the most unhealthy restaurant meals in America, and the Cheesecake Factory dominated three of the nine spots.

The "winning" meals from The Cheesecake Factory include their Bruléed French Toast, which is 2,780 calories, has 93 grams of fat, 2,230 milligrams of sodium, and 24 teaspoons of sugar before the optional addition of bacon or ham.

The restaurant describes it on the menu as: "Our Extra Thick Slices of Rustic French Bread Baked and Grilled Golden Brown. Topped with Powdered Sugar and Served with Maple- Butter Syrup with Bacon or Grilled Ham."

Next on the list is the Monster Meal from Red Robin; it contains a whopping 3,540 calories, 69 grams of fat and 6,280 milligrams of sodium, and about 38 teaspoons of sugar. The meal includes: a burger with "hardwood-smoked bacon, melted Pepper-Jack, A.1. Peppercorn Spread, tomatoes and crispy onion straws" (AKA fried breaded onion strips); bottomless steak fries, and a "Monster Caramel Milkshake." This meal is equivalent to eating seven McDonald's cheeseburgers with a quart of Coke. The meal would require a 12 hour brisk walk to work it off.

The "Big Slab" of spareribs at Famous Dave's is up next, with 2,770 calories, 54 grams of saturated fat, 4,320 milligrams of sodium, and 14 teaspoons of sugar.

The list also includes: BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse's Signature Deep Dish Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza; Chevys Fresh Mex's Super Cinco Combo; The Cheesecake Factory's Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic; Joe's Crab Shack's Big "Hook" Up Platter; Maggiano's Little Italy's  Prime New York Steak Contadina Style;  and Cheesecake Factory's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake.

Last year the center deemed Long John Silver's Big Catch Meal as "the worst meal in America." The meal has 1,320 calories, 33 grams of trans fat, and 3,700 milligrams of sugar. The meal was closely followed on the list by The Cheesecake Factory's Bistro Shrimp Pasta, which has: 2,730 calories, 78 grams of saturated fat, and 919 milligrams of sodium.
