"Game of Thrones" actor Jason Momoa was upset with George R.R. Martin for killing off his character Khal Drogo.

Momoa jokingly told off Martin during an interview with Huffington Post Live.

"After George Martin killed me, I was like 'go f**k yourself,'" Momoa said. "I'm joking. But after George killed me, I was really upset. I went to go get the book at Barnes and Noble and I was bummed that I was dead. But it's brilliant writing."

Drogo may be dead, but that doesn't mean Momoa isn't territorial over his Khaleesi. Momoa told HuffPost it gets difficult to watch Daenerys Targaryen, played by Emilia Clarke, as other men try to pursue her.

"It is a little hard watching her with other men. Daenerys needs to cool it down," Momoa said jokingly. "She needs to be a virgin. Have her dragons and that's it."

Unfortunately for Momoa, Drogo isn't the last man Daenerys will be with in "A Song of Fire and Ice" saga. There may be more marriages for the Queen of Meereen's future.

Martin recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the upcoming sixth novel "Winds of Winter."

"I think we're gonna start out with a big smash with the two enormous battles," Martin told EW, adding, "We have more deaths, and we have more betrayals. We have more marriages."

Martin teased an epic encounter between Daenerys and Tyrion Lannister.

"Well, Tyrion and Dany will intersect, in a way, but for much of the book they're still apart," Martin said. "They both have quite large roles to play here. Tyrion has decided that he actually would like to live, for one thing, which he wasn't entirely sure of during the last book, and he's now working toward that end-if he can survive the battle that's breaking out all around him. And Dany has embraced her heritage as a Targaryen and embraced the Targaryen words. So they're both coming home."
