Only four more months until "The Walking Dead" is taking over Sunday nights again! The cast and crew are currently in Atlanta filming Season 5 of the hit zombie show and recently GoldDerby.com caught up with actor Norman Reedus (who plays Daryl Dixon) to see what's in store when the show returns.

If there's one question fans want answered, it would probably have to be how did the outbreak start? And is there a cure? Last season, the show introduced three new characters: Dr. Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt), Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz), and Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos).

Eugene claims he knows what turned the dead into zombies and how to cure it. One of the main plot lines is trying to get him safely to Washington D.C. but Walking Dead comic book fans already knows that Eugene is a liar and has no idea how to save the world.

GoldDerby.com asked Reedus if there would be any talks about finding a cure and he responded, "I don't know, there's talk of a cure definitely in our scripts and there's been episodes aired where they've even talked about a cure."

He didn't say specifically if there would be any "cure talk" in the upcoming season but we think Daryl and the rest of the group have bigger problems right now, like getting out of Terminus alive.

Reedus also said that producers don't reveal too much to the cast because they are trying to keep Season 5 details close to the vest out of fear of spoilers being leaked. However, the actor did confirm that they are now filming episode four.

"It's such a tight ship over here," Reedus told GoldDerby.com. "They kind of tell us what we're going to shoot right before we shoot it this year. Everything's on lockdown and every time we read something we all freak out because it's kind of mind-blowing."

Reedus added that some of the things being filmed for the show are so intense that he's not even sure how it makes to television.

"We were doing Episode 1 and Andrew and I were sitting next to each other and I was saying, 'Man they're never going to air this on television, this is too crazy,'" Reedus told GoldDerby.com. "And then we were thinking about it and we we're like, 'We've said that every year and it makes it to television.' This season is going to be pretty nuts."
