Toshiba Corp. will release the C, L and P series of its Satellite notebooks in Asia in the next few months.

The updated laptops are scheduled to be released in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore in July, according to CNET. The devices are currently available in the Philippines and Thailand.

The C series comes in one version that is powered by AMD and another powered by Intel. The C40 has a 14-inch HD display, and the C50 has a 15.6-inch display. Both versions have the same 1,366x768 resolution, 500GB of storage, will run on Windows 8, and can hold up to 8GB of memory.

The L40 and L50's will feature speakers powered by Skullcandy, CNET reported. The two laptops will have the same HD displays as their C Series counterparts, as well as the same resolution. Both devices will have 1TB of storage and up to 16GB of onboard storage.

The Satellite P50t 4K features a 15.6-inch HD display and a 3,840x2,160 resolution. The laptop is powered by a quad-core Intel i7 processor and weighs 2.35 kilograms. It also has an AMD Radeon R9 M265X graphics card, along with a hybrid 1TB HDD with 8GB SSD.

The P50t comes with Harman Kardon stereo speakers, which have a higher sound quality than the L series' Skullcandy-powered speakers, CNET reported.

The C series notebooks will available for $499 in Indonesia, 14,990 Thai Baht ($462) in Thailand, RM$1,099 ($340) in Malaysia, 22,499 pesos ($512) in the Philippines and S$659 ($527) in Singapore.

The L40 will be available for $769 in Indonesia, 25,990 Thai Baht ($802) in Thailand, RM1,999 ($620) in Malaysia and 29,999 pesos ($512) in the Philippines. It will not be available in Singapore. The L50 will be sold for 19,590 Thai Baht ($605) in Thailand, RM$2,399 ($744) in Malaysia, 49,999 pesos ($1,139) pesos in the Philippines and S$1,349 ($1,078) in Singapore. This laptop will not be available in Indonesia, CNET reported.

The P50t will only be sold in Thailand for 57,990 Thai Baht ($1,790), Singapore for S$2,799 ($2,238) and the Philippines for 109,999 pesos ($2,508).
